Operation Executive

AQUA PRO+TECH multi-purpose sanitizing series is an indispensable series of products in purifying our living environment and protecting our customers’ families from attacking by bacteria and viruses.

You will be responsible for:

• Act as contact point between internal parties and external suppliers on order processing and supplier onboarding
• Handle sourcing and procurement activities from local and overseas suppliers, complying with ISO requirements.
• Follow up vendor quotation and provide assistance to procurement team for facilitating order processing.
• Responsible for vendor quotation negotiation process aligning to company procurement policy and standard
• Provide administrative support to Presales teams
• Any ad hoc projects as assigned

You should:

• At least 2 years of solid operations related experience
• Ability to analyze and draw inference from data
• Detail-oriented, self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Proficient knowledge of Excel. Knowledge in SQL would be a huge plus
• Desire to work in a vibrant and fast-paced environment with high quality standards and tight deadlines
• Great energy and a positive attitude
• Proficiency in both English and Cantonese, fluency in Mandarin would be a plus
