Assistant Marketing Manager

You will be responsible for:

• Assist in planning, developing and implementing marketing campaign
• Proactively monitor and optimize campaigns spending and performance on Facebook, Google Ads, and other digital platforms on a daily basis
• Manage social media pages including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Coordinate with product & event teams to manage daily digital tactics
• Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team
• Coordinate with designers to produce new creatives with innovative ideas and formats
• Closely communicate with advertising partner and manage agency accounts to ensure performance is delivered
• Produce regular data analysis, market trending research and reporting with associated insights Perform Ad-hoc duties occasionally

You should:

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, eCommerce or related disciplines
• 2 years of digital marketing experience
• Familiar with digital marketing tools including Facebook ads manager, social media, 3rd party tracking, SEO and Google Analytics
• Strong in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong report and analytical skills is a plus
• Prioritize workload, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines for various and ad-hoc marketing deliverable
• Perform independently but outstanding team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Excellent communication, collaboration and planning skills
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Marketing Assistant
