Returns & Refunds Policy
- Goods sold are not exchangeable / returnable / refundable.
- Goods will be checked and packed carefully before shipment, and customers shall bear the risk of any damage or loss during shipment.
- If the item ordered is found not available afterwards, refund for the concerned item can be arranged.
Delivery Policy
- Goods will be sent out in 3-7 working days upon receiving your order during office hours.
- FREE delivery for a single purchase OVER HK$1,000 (net price after discount) to local home & commercial address, or SF Express EF Lockers.
Remarks
* Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rain warning is issued, custom be contacted to re-schedule delivery.
